It somewhat boggles my mind that people still think they can get away with not paying taxes. This time around, it’s The Dream’s turn.

The Georgia Department of Revenue filed a state tax lien against the music producer — claiming Dream failed to pay income taxes in 2007 totaling $60,578 … with interest and fees, the sum skyrocketed to $117,401.

I don’t know what it is about this girl, but I like her from the two songs I’ve heard from her catalog. The RCA/Sony signee says of this single:

Hip Hop, R&B, like crazy 808s but with a country fiddle throughout the whole song. It’s so ironic — the whole concept of the song about a refill and you think I’m talking about a drink but I’m actually talking about a guy and his time, and wanting more of him. It’s really cool. Pop and Oak produced it. They produced most of the album.

“Umbrella” part 2? Although we have a track list for Rihanna’s upcoming album, Talk that Talk, we haven’t had any idea on the features. Well, Rihanna has spoken. Jay-Z will be the lone feature on the title track, “Talk that Talk.” The album will be released on the 21st, so I would expect this song to make it’s way on the blogosphere about a week from today.

Chapter V is on the way and to warm listeners up for his latest album, Trey Songz teams up with Fabolous for “What I Be On.” What you be on?

Big Sean lays it on Kelly Rowland as she premieres he brand new music video for “Lay it On Me.” Not sure how this is doing on the radio, but it sounds like a hit to me.

R&B Update. Since everyone is embracing Frank Ocean and The Weeknd nowadays, lets throw some Mateo flavor in to the mix. He gets a major backing from both Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys in his latest joint, “Say It’s So.” Swizz Beatz’s little vocals are completely and utterly unnecessary, per usual.

The Dream Terius Nash drops off a music video for a track off of his 1977 album he dropped for free a few weeks back.

Right after the official video release for ‘Swim Good’, Frank Ocean presents the official video for ‘Thinking About You’, produced by High5Collective.

The lovely Ms. Monica is back and this time she recruits Richard Rozay for her latest music video for “Anything (To Find You).”

I wouldn’t say I’m eagerly anticipating a new Jay Sean album, but in the meantime he decides to keep his name hot by releasing a mixtape of original material. A couple nice features on this as well. Click below for the track list and DL link:

The Dream aka Terius Nash drops off his latest album – for FREE. He had previously stated that the label was trying to stop him from doing this, which is why he’s dropping it under his government name rather than his music alias.
