AraabMUZIK joins MTV Hive’s online program, “In My Room.” Here, he does what he does best and works the MPC for MTV cameras.

MTV2′s Sucker Free Countdown recently followed Stalley to Massillon, Ohio (his hometown) to celebrate the release of Lincoln Way Nights, which is available now on Itunes.

In the first clip, Stalley takes MTV2 to the Massillon vs. McKinley game at Hall of Fame field in Canton, Ohio to watch the biggest high school football rivalry in the country.  In the second clip, Stalley takes the crew around his hometown of Massillon to show them where he grew up and the effect Massillon has had on his music.  In the final clip, Stalley talks about linking up with Rick Ross for the first time (through Curren$y) and MMG as he prepares to play a show in Akron, OH.

In unsurprising news, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is not happy happy with Tyler, the Creator’s MTV VMA win for best new artist. They note his use of the word “Faggot” (and other forms of the word) 213 times in his latest album as being the direct cause of concern. Check below for their blog statement:

First off, take a look at my tweet below. The VMA’s is the most predictable show in the history of shows. They pick the most high profile nominees so they’ll get the most press. The people below pretty much won everything (except Eminem).

Hip Hop winners include Nicki Minaj for “Best Hip Hop Video,” Tyler the Creator for “Best New Artist” (that was fan-voted), and Kanye West for his participation in Katy Perry’s “E.T.” video. And that’s it.

Apparently this was supposed to be a surprise performance because they didn’t announce, nor promote it. No word on what they’ll perform, but I would assume it will be a performance you want to catch.

For their latest ‘When I was 17′ program, MTV features Big Sean, Tyler and Kreayshawn. Though they’re not much older than 17 at this point, they’ve definitely come a long way.

Lil Wayne will be one of the artists performing at MTV’s VMA Awards later in the month. Be on the lookout for that. Or don’t.
