Real Estalker has some info on Kanye West’s LA spot, up for sale now. Want it? Fork over 4 milli. Here’s the info:
SELLER: Kanye West
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
PRICE: $3,995,000
SIZE: 4,214 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
In fact, Mister West’s west coast abode, located on frumpy Fareholm Drive low in the hills above Hollywood, is a non-descript three story contemporary that he bought in December of 2003 for $1,750,000. Hardly chump change for most people, but not exactly superstar status either. The children will see and note that the interior spaces of Mister West’s Los Angeles residence utilize the same paradigm of contradiction so well worked by Mister West in the rest of his life: The somewhat peculiar location and the banal, fortress like front facade gives way to a strikingly crisp, minimalist, and light flooded architecture that acts as a serene back drop for his colorful art collection.
YO L.A.! Check Out Ras Kass For FREE On Sunday!
All the info is on the flyer above. FREE!
Also, if you’re in the Bay Area, there’s a SICK free event goin down tomorrow! Info HERE

53rd Annual Grammy Award Date Set
After setting the date earlier than usual this past year, the 53rd annual Grammy Awards will be held on Sun, February 13th 2011. To clarify, eligible albums and song from artists will have to put out their work from SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 til SEPTEMBER 30, 2010 to qualify for a nomination. See ya there, folks. This past year was nuts…mainly for the parties and shows surround the ceremony.
U-N-I “Land of Kings” Snapbacks Available
Following up last year’s successful collaboration with popular Hip-Hop duo U-N-I, Hella Tight produces a second run of the classic snap-back “Land of The Kings’ cap. This time around they focus on a certain LA-style throwback look with a black and white colorway, paying tribute to the Kings of the 90s. The cap features a lightweight cotton upper with white details and a satin undervisor. It is now available through the brand’s online store and in-store at Fitted Hawaii. Via
