K’naan ft. Adam Levine – Bang Bang [Music Video]
New music video from K’naan featuring Adam Levine, interestingly enough, from Maroon 5. I’ve gotta admit, as much as I like music from K’naan, as shallow as it sounds, his voice and flow bother me (such as in this instance) sometimes.
Keane ft. K’naan – Stop for a Minute
Interesting collabo right here. The band Keane hooks up with rapper K’naan to get a melodic track going. K’naan hold back on the rapping, however, and gives a bit of his singing abilities to this song. Check it out.
Nas and Damian Marley Perform in NYC 3/31
Was reading about this on twitter last night and thought it was a shame I couldn’t go to the Wale show. As you can see, aside from K’naan co-headlining, Nas and Damian Marley made a sick appearance on stage. Above, they do their song, “As We Enter.” Below, Nas performs “NY State of Mind.”
Like I said last night, this + K’naan + Wale > the whole XXL freshmen concert that went down last night. I don’t buy some of these acts that are just products of the blogs. I’d rather listen to a YelaWolf than a Pill any day. Yawn.
