The Source’s 5 Mic Rating on Bun B’s Trill O.G.:

Well I would like to thank The Source for giving us the honor of being a part of the Hip Hop elites album-wise. There hasn’t been a 5 Mic album review in the last 5 years so it’s a very big deal to us especially for the production team that dominated the album. So shout out to Team Double Dose and Bun for laying it down as well as Anzel Jennings who had a lot to do with the sculpting of the album. Also Mark Moody and Josh Moore, the two mixing engineers on the album shout to them as well.

On Pimp C’s Upcoming Album:

Up next is the Pimp C solo album entitled ‘The Naked Soul of Sweet Jones’ and most of our producers are on that album as well. The couple of producers that were not on the Bun B album which is Mr. Inkredible out of Houston TX and V-Man Productions out of Canada and both will hopefully be on the Pimp C new album so we may luck up and have all 5 of our producers on the Pimp C album. The thing about this project is we’re only using production and featured artists that Pimp C would have actually worked with. Most of the music was done prior to Pimp C passing and we’re doing touch up work right now to it. This is his baby and we’re just completing it on the A&R and production side to make sure it’s a project that he would have been proud to put out.
