2 Live Crew to Reunite for a Summer Tour
For those looking for a dose of old school hip hop this Summer, 2 Live Crew has you covered. Rapper and producer Luther Campbell announced at Sundance this past Saturday that the crew will officially be reuniting for a Summer tour.
Campbell says he “just can’t wait to just start practicing” with his old crew. But don’t expect them to be “As Nasty As They Wanna Be.” Campbell says the group will “perform the songs and everybody’s going to be excited.”

Ice-T to Perform With Chuck D., Grandmaster Caz at Sundance
Ice-T, Chuck D and Grandmaster Caz are scheduled to perform at the Sundance Institute’s annual Celebration of Music in Film on Jan. 21 in Park City, Utah.
Their performances are to celebrate Ice-T’s documentary “Something From Nothing: The Art of Rap,” co-directed by Andy Baybutt, which examines the craft and skill of the music with input from Afrika Bambaataa, Nas, Mos Def, Eminem, Chuck D, KRS-One, Run-DMC, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg.
